What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
