I was seen as soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted immediately by the friendly business office staff, who called me by name. I filled out the appropriate paperwork, Returned to the waiting room for 5 minutes then called into the triage area to have my temperature pulse blood pressure taken and I was weighed. The detailed oriented nurse took my history then I was moved to the examination room. Within 5 minutes the doctor was reviewing my chart, labwork and history that I had given the nurse. He refers to other professionals as needed. These professionals are just as warm and compassionate as Dr. Lyster. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. I am so blessed to have found this doctor as he is very talented, compassionate and caring. He is a Doctor of Osteopathy who does practice Osteopathic Manipulation/Physical medicine. Not all D.O's practice this physical medicine. I had several issues with my back, neck and shoulder over the years. He worked his magic and I am painfree. I went into detail about my experience because I thinbk it is important to know what type of person the doctor and his bilingual staff are all about. They all have a sense of humor and want to help their patients. Thank You Dr. Lyster and your staff

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Dr. Lyster is a great doctor and is very knowledge and very caring. His staff is always friendly and helpful as well.
