This woman is on her way out into retirement and it shows. I hear she is working on writing some novels... perhaps this is where her mind is instead of with her patients. I have had multiple unreturned phone calls from Dr. Wilhelm's office and only when I left angry messages did I get a call back. When at her office for appointments the wait time in the patient rooms is over 45 minutes. Once, my husband waited for an hour and a half; pretty sure that they completely forgot about him and only realized he was in there when his phone rang. The only good thing that I can say about Dr. Wilhelm's office is that she is closer and more convienent to the patients on the mountain side of the summit. I recommend her for the treatment of a cold and thats about it. Sorry to say.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
