They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. . . They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. The staff answering the phones for appointments make me feel like I am inconveniencing them. Dr. Salzberg is a great doctor if you can get past his staff members that answer his calls.
