They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them, but they were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. They were friendly enough at this office. I was welcomed, but that was about it. I also didn't feel like they took my concerns seriously.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I visited the office once to have two small skin blemishes removed. The staff was efficient and the procedures occurred quickly and painlessly. I followed the wound care treatment directions as prescribed and have no sign of the blemish or any scarring or other sign of their removal.
