Horrible experience. Dr. Lai told me, and my family, that I would be dead within a week. After 5 days in the hospital, doing little more than holding my wife's hand and crying, a test showed that I had been misdiagnosed. Those were the worst days of my life, absolute torture for my mother ,my wife, and myself. Dr. Lai might be an excellent cardiologist, I'm not qualified to judge. But what makes him dangerous is that he's not as good as he thinks he is. Always get a second opinion.
