The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I got a lot of questions answered during my visit. I was happy that they were able to give me all the information I needed.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
I took my daughter to be tested for allergies and Dr. Ashida was wonderful, she made her comfortable and explained everything to her. I highly recommend her to anyone.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
