They've never used foul language, which I have never heard at any other places I've been too. They are always polite and courteous. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. If they can not answer my question right away, they will call me back within 24 hrs. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
