I have an 18 month old with very bad eczema. I was not satified with our initial visit and with Dr Ho having my son suffer until after the holiday weekend to submit a referral to my insurance for an ointment that could have helped him. It's not the new year and I have not received a call back and left 2 messages. I will be changing specialist asap!

The office was easy enough to find. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
