I've been going to
Dr Sussman for about 10 years. He's professional, thorough, a great allergist. However, his staff leaves something to be desired. I left a message to reschedule my annual appointment and never got a call back. I called the next week and was told I could not get my annual appointment schedule until 6 months later. When I said this was not acceptable the receptionist got sarcastic, condescending, and nasty. She would not let me talk to the doctor (said he doesn't answer his phone) said she would refer me to her supervisor, who was not available, and then hung up on me after I told her to cancel my appointment. Love Dr Sussman but I guess they get enough patients that they don't need to keep the ones they have. Won't be going back.
