This dentist is so NOT family friendly! I have a 4 year old and 6 week old and wanted to schedule my husband, myself, and our 4 year old all on the same day and they would not let us! Regardless, all four of us would have to go no matter what,as I could not leave my kids alone in the waiting room while I was being seen. So why couldn't I make an appointment for each of us?! The lady literally told me because if one of us got sick, we would all cancel. I told her, No, I would not cancel everyone if one got sick. She didn't care. They were so inflexible and not understanding of families whatsoever. I have to find a new dentist now. What a waste! They don't even deserve a star but it won't let me leave 0.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

No, but I was able to read a magazine

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

when I go to the dentist I have experience anxiety attacks. This was the first dentist in my whole life of going to the dentist that actual felt calm. I felt that I could trust her and she was very understanding of my past anxiety and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I went in for a root canal and she made if seem effortless. she did it well and quickly. I trust her completely. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!
Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted?
Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. She is very gental and easy to understand. Worked on a treatment plan and even came in on her day off to visit with a new patient in sever pain. Wonderful and plan to stay a patient :)
