They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time.
