The staff and Dr. Karmey were very nice. The implant procedure was explained to me in advance. The cost was surprisingly affordable. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this office to anyone needing exceptional dental care.

Just a general review , after several trips to this establishment in a attempt to get a crown taken care of ..I have discovered they are incapable of taking care of this simple procedure ,I have returned 4 different times within 4 consecutive days and the temporary crown having fallen off within a few hours everyday ,I was told by the dentist himself that if I didn't like the service I could take my business elsewhere ,to which after today I have chosen to do just this .Obviously they have a large enough base of clientele to not care if they receive new people or take care of a long standing customer in this establishment .And being as I am a long standing customer I do have some frame of reference .I have taken my business elsewhere and you might want to consider doing the same .

Went in for the 1st time with a toothache the other day, it would have been nice to know there was only metered parking. I can overlook that and I can also overlook the fact I waited for 25 mins to see the dentist. The dentist came in after he looked at my x-rays which took another 1/2 hr of waiting and proceeded to poke at the wrong teeth on the wrong side of my mouth, he told me one of my teeth were cracked and I needed a root canal, he seemed rushed and I left unsure of what was to be fixed exactly (2 teeth hurt) and I didn't know which one was cracked or what. I am in a lot of pain and it was going to take 5 weeks!!! to get a root canal because that dentist only works one day a week and I didn't even meet him. I went to get my prescriptions filled and the pharmacist said they must mass produce the scipts because those are the only ones he ever sees from them. I got a second opinion the next day. Had a 100% better experience and get my tooth fixed this Monday! I would not recommend Grand Valley Dental on Division if you have ins and are able to go somewhere else. I felt like they were just herding people in like cattle and didn't really care, also the bathroom was dirty and the garbage was overflowing onto the floor.

The staff is very friendly and reliable. They are one of the few offices that takes medicade.....and they treat everyone equally and fairly. My twin 5 year old boys are going on their 4th visit...one had an accident and lost two teeth early, but they like going to the dentist, and as of yet no cavities!!!!!! I would recommend them to any parent looking for dental care for their child (ren)
