They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
