My teeth cleaning was extremely rushed. My teeth were still very dirty when I left. I went there to have my teeth examined, and instead they barely even looked at my teeth. I had barely opened my mouth when they told me they were finished examining them. I'm afraid they might have missed a few cavities. When I left my appointment, my gums didn't stop bleeding for quite a while. They should have been more careful while they were flossing my teeth. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly?
Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office?
Not at all; cheap and plastic

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
