I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. Dr. Miller and his staff are the BEST!!! We are lucky to have them so close to our house! :-) The after visit cookie is also a nice touch!
