Susan West, helped me with my severe case of psoriasis. I had went to my family doctor, Dermatologist several time with no improvement. I'm fact my psoriasis only got a lot worse. I finally tried non traditional medicine and went to Susan West an acupuncturist located in Hagerstown, Md. After only 3 treatments of acupuncture and Chinese herbs my psoriasis almost disappeared. Thank you Susan. I am now a fir! believer in Chinese.medicine.

Had heartburn and was using Nexium. I was told I would always need meds. Went to Susan and after a few short weeks, stopped taking meds.

Not at all, they were great! I couldn't feel a thing

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Was your acupuncturist knowledgeable about other elements of Chinese herbal medicine?
Extremely, they incorporated them into my treatment.
Did this acupuncturist ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best place to go for acupuncture. They uphold a very strong professional reputation. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
