I have chronic Migraine and the only cure for me is going to her for treatment. I've been going to her since 2007. She is very knowledgable, and knows what she is doing!

I got to know about HLC from groupon deal, I visited their center 2/5 for acupuncture, this was my 2nd appointment. (Since i had already paid on group on deal, i had no option of not going)

After my return to home, i noticed that i have been bleeding whole time from my head. I was shocked! it was the exact point Dr. Shirin pinched the needle. Its a very long dripping line. I have attach photo here.

I believed Dr. Shirin & her treatment and followed her instruction given on my 1st visit. She said -if you feel sensation then its good that means acupuncture is working, so i was quite this time and didn't move unlike my 1st visit. However all the time i was bleeding from my head because of pure negligence of provided service. And neither Dr. Shirin mentioned anything until i noticed it on my return to home.

I feel horrible now! Was i have been treated correct!!
I hope those needles were at lest sterilized and won't harm me anywhere....I'm feeling ridiculously fooled and betrayed!

Now I'm trying to reach Dr. Shirin for last 24 hrs but she is not answering my call neither replying to my emails….$#$^&%$## …Can we trust such centers…?????

Please help others by saving their life and money!!

Professional, Honest Care and Healing

I see Dr. Shirin Aghahosseini at the Holistic Life Center for chronic neck, shoulder, back and knee pain. Being new to acupuncture, she explained the practice in detail and answered all my questions. I was apprehensive, but by my second appointment, I learned I could fully relax and meditate through my treatments.

Dr. Shirin always greets me with a smile, maintains a professional demeanor and listens to my concerns. When my knee swells, acupuncture takes away the swelling and pain. When my neck, shoulders or back are stiff and painful, acupuncture helps me relax. When I’m having a low day, Dr. Shirin lifts my spirits.

As a result of my treatment, I’ve become both physically and mentally healthier. Acupuncture at the Holistic Life Center has brought balance and clarity to my life. Dr. Shirin is an honest doctor and wonderful person who cares deeply for her patients. I will continue to see her for my health concerns and recommend her to anyone seeking holistic care.
