I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.They were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were extremely careful to always keep me covered and comfortable during my massage. They are always very respectful, and I've never felt exposed during my massage.
