I loved that they played nice, relaxing music in the background during my massage. It made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't feel like they personalized my massage at all. They gave me a very generic massage. I wanted them to ask me how I wanted my massage before they just started it. Instead, they just began my massage without asking. It made me feel like they didn't care about what I wanted. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did the massage therapist have overly calloused hands?
Not at all! They had very smooth hands
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Was this provider sympathetic to your situation?
Yes, they were sympathetic and caring
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
