Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain! Dr. Smith forced my back beyond it's limits to the point that I couldn't enjoy my vacation due to muscle spasms for a week afterwards. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. When i voiced my concerns, they took it personally and acted completely unprofessional! They lie about what it'll cost at first to make it sound like a good deal and then they say that it'll be more than originally quoted!

Colony Chiropractic explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Colony Chiropractic's staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Colony Chiropractic makes the extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need! They always remember me and make me feel very important! Colony Chiropractic's primary concern is what's best for me, and only gives me the advice that would benefit me the most. Colony Chiropractic is so easy to reach in an emergency. Colony Chiropractic answered my call immediately and is always there for me when I need it the most.

Colony Chiropractic was absolutely amazing and Dr. Smith was wonderful! She is an awesome doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. She performs a full evaluation before suggesting a treatment plan. She gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I will absolutely return to Colony Chiropractic! I had a great experience!
