Dr. Bolick was very knowledgeable and gentle, his staff, especially Julio, was excellent . My only complaint is that he put too many fees for everything! I paid full price for the brace. where another Dr. just made you pay what Medicare didn’t cover. I paid full price for the x-rays but had to sign all over to him. If I wanted a copy, I had to pay to have a copy made! He took time to teach you how to put on the brace yourself, but if you had a question you had to pay for the phone call depending no on how long it was or pay to come back. I paid to come back so he could quickly review the procedure with me, then I was supposed to be fitted, a tightening for the brace. Well after the 10 min. review and & $98 he dismissed me and wanted me to come back for the 5 min. tightening. It takes me one and a half hours to get to his office and to have to come back for a 5 min. tightening was just too much! He didn’t help me with any of the bills through Medicare, said they turned it down. There is a way to get partial payment through Medicare, you have to take certain steps!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Yes, I didn't have to drive anywhere!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Definitely not! I felt fantastic when I left!

I had seen many doctors for my chronic fatigue and pain with no results. Some even said it was all in my head because my tests always came back normal. Dr. Bolick spent a long time on my 1st visit and ordered a lot of tests. He had to refer me a md to treat some of the problems he found, but I was happy to have an accurate diagnosis. I am recovering my health after many years of suffering. I so thankful to Dr. Bolick for helping me.

Had to get to a Chiropractor quickly due to a wrenched back and Dr. Bolick got me in within hours of calling them, only waited a few minutes to see him once I got there and he took sooooooooo much time with me to find out how and why I had the pain.
I wasn't a number I was a person and that is hard to find in a medical office.

I DO NOT recommend going to Dr Bolick. I went for back and neck pain in 2009. Dr Bolick convinced me that because of my Scoliosis it would take several visits but he could 'fix' me. He talked me into signing up for a plan where if I pre-pay for my sessions it would be cheaper and if at anytime I did not feel I was getting better he would refund what I did not use. He also told me he contacted my insurance and they would pay $1000 towards the treatments. After a few weeks of treatments I woke up one morning and could not turn my head either direction. I was told to come in and they could 'fix me up'. So I went back to the clinic and Dr. Bolick attempted to crack my neck again. I consider myself very pain tolerent and he had me in tears as the neck would not crack. I was laid up for a full week in terrible pain. I trusted and continued my treatments (big mistake) and after going through approximately half of the $2,700 I had paid I decided I was not getting better and since I was unemployed I chose to stop treament. When I contacted Dr. Bolick I was told I had used up all the money I had paid, that my treatments were more expensive than he anticipated. Oh, did I mention the $200 I was charged for one of his employees to hand me a photo copied list of exercises? In addition to all this, Dr Bolick did not submit my claims to my insurance company until AFTER I stopped treatment and I asked him to send them. I was then informed that Dr Bolick was NOT in their plan so I would not receive any funds from insurance. Dr Bolick later admitted he knew he was not in the plan but the person he spoke to told him I would be covered...GREAT. I guess I can blame myself for trusting him and not contacting the insurance company myself.
