They don't dismiss my concerns as unimportant. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I'm really excited to tell all my friends and family about my great experience here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

No, I didn't feel comfortable at all

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
