Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.
