I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
