They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
