Doctor Petroff has been our family Dermotoligist for 15 plus years. She has demonstrated the highest degree of knowledge, professionalism, and compassion consistently through out our relationship. She genuinely cares about you. She gives you a hug and actually listens to your concerns and acts on them. I had an issue for 2 years that no other physician could resolve. One visit to her and I had relief!! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Over 16 years Dr. Petroff cured me almost instantly of shingles, removed growths that could harm me, and banished dry, itchy skin. She has professionally maintained my skin as my first line of defense against a hostile world. Her staff is first rate, her treatments are confirmed by lab results and no question goes unanswered. Without reservation, I would recommend her to anyone.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring.

I am writing not about my experience with Dr Petroff but about my experience with her office staff-Janette. She was extremely rude and unprofessional to me and it was my first phone call to this office. I have never had such blantant disregard of common courtesy for a potention patient. She was so mean and rude that I will not keep my appointment. With this type of first impression, I really don't know how this doctor will survive.

Dr. Petroff was friendly but during the appointment I felt like I was in a sales meeting and not a doctor's appointment. Every treatment she recommended/prescribed for me was something she had a brochure for from (I would guess) a pharmaceutical rep. She barely listened to what I had to say and kept pushing these medications despite some concerns I had. Although I gave the medications several months to work, they did not help my condition and possibly made it worse.

Also her staff was nice enough while I was there, but when I later had a question/issue with my bill, one of the assistants was very rude and unhelpful. Although I had previously heard good things about this doctor, I personally would not recommend her after this experience.
