On numerous occasions the office staff have failed to do what they said they would do.. They were told to fax my primary for authorization of xrays and MRI. But my primary never received requests from Dr. Weiners office. Over and over. frustrating. Same run around with another DOCTORS OFFICE Very unhappy with them. Still in pain too.

I have been seeing Dr. Weiner for several years for arthritis pain. He has most recently given me a prescription for Lipiderm, an anesthetic cream that I apply to my painful neck. It is very effective and relieves the pain for 6 to 8 hours . The only problem I have experienced is that it causes the skin to become scaly and itchy. I have applied an over the counter skin cream that helps, but is not entirely satisfactory.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
