He is no longer in practice. He is a paid "consultant" for workman's compensation. He tells you he is not going to see you again and makes up his report to discredit the previous diagnosis.

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me
