Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. The office staff is very un-professional, it seems as though they hire temp worker that don't have a clue. They look very dirty and they can not speak at all intelligently. They also do not know how to bill the insurance company correctly. I did not like the office staff at all. The Doctor does not even listen either, I went for migraines and all she gave me was motrin not topamax or other common migraine medicines.
