DR.PENNEY HAS DONE BOTH LUMBAR AND CERVICAL FUSIONS ON ME. BOTH WERE VERY INVOLVED WITH A LOT OF EXTENSIVE, PREVIOUS NERVE DAMAGE. I REGAINED OVER 95% USE OF MY ARMS. HANDS AND LEGS BACK AFTER THESE SURGERIES. I AM 68 YRS YOUNG AND I WAS ABLE TO RETURN TO WATER SKIING AND BALLROOM DANCING AFTER AN INTELLIGENT REHAB TIME. DR. PENNEY IS THE BEST AND HIS WORK MORE THAN EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I WAS TOLD BY OTHER DR'S THAT I WOULD NEVER RESUME NORMAL ACTIVITIES,BUT,TODAY I DO WHAT I WANT.THANKS DR. PENNEY
