People, please be careful about who you select to perform surgery. Does being board certified in dermatology make you qualified as a surgeon to perform plastic surgery? Please do your research on facilities before scheduling surgery. Cosmetic surgery is still major surgery even though it is being marketed as a "simple procedure". Is the facility equipped to handle emergencies during surgery? There are things that can occur during surgery and you want to have an experienced doctor and have it done in a hospital or a well-equipped facility. A friend of mine went in for a "simple procedure" liposuction/tummy tuck and is on life support 4 weeks later and the outlook is not good. PLEASE do your research before electing to have any surgery. In order to leave this review I had to give a rating, other wise I would not choose even 1 star.

This office is so unprofessional I had a appointment with them I called to reschedule because I had to wait too long to be seen by the doctor but they told me to come in earlier I did then then I got here the office was packed with waiting people decided to give them the benefit of the doubt only to be place in the back 30 minutes before my appointment to wait for a hour and a half very unprofessional . The staff is very argumentative been u ask question

My initial experience with this provider was not a good one; it was less than average but I've experienced worse. On my 2nd visit, I made it a point to let the staff know about my 1st experience and how I thought about not returning. Immediately, I received an explanation and an apology. Since then, the service has been top notch and the results have too. I've been consistently going now for better than 4yrs and I always get compliments on my skin. I'll continue with Dr. Boutte' and her staff...and when things don't go right (and sometimes they won't), I'll speak up and tell them.

Dear Dr. Boutte:

I wanted to contact you personally to give you some feedback regarding the care I have received since my cosmetic surgery in October 2013. It has not been good - at all. Cosmetic surgery is not a luxury that all women can enjoy. It is a blessing to be able to pay upfront for services that help me feel better about my appearance. However, the care I have received since my surgery has settled my decision not to patronize Premiere or refer my friends or family.

I want you to know that I am not the type of person that is a chronic complainer. I decided to patronize your facility, even though there are a lot of bad reviews on the internet regarding the customer care. I am a professional and I understand how challenging it can be to set an established office flow. Nonetheless, I wanted to share my concerns with you, in hopes that your office might make the necessary adjustments to retain future clients. Here are my major concerns:

1. I never received a post-op phone call;
2. I had some post-op problems but my phone call to your office was never returned;
3. I appeared last week for my 90 day follow up. I waited well over an hour for a 3:50p.m appointment , only to find that your office had overbooked and there were still 2 people ahead of me. I expressed my concern at the window. I asked the receptionist to reschedule me for a different date and time.
4. I appeared for my 11:40a.m rescheduled appointment on today. The same thing happened all over again. I appeared at the window to inquire about the wait, since I had already been waiting 1 hour. I was told that someone would be out to get me shortly.

After waiting another 10 minutes, I was placed in a FREEZING COLD room at the rear of your building. I sat there for another 10 minutes. Eventually, I decided to leave due to the extreme temperature discomfort. To date, I still have not received my 90-day follow up. I am left feeling that my care as a patient is no longer important because your office has already received my cash funds. I am now viewed as old news, rather than the potential for ongoing business.

Dr. Boutte, you have a very beautiful building. You as a Dr. were very kind and I liked you a lot. I am happy with the results of my surgery thus far, although I have some questions that I have not been able to ask in the last 2 visits. I was looking forward to more services at Premiere - but I am sorry to inform you that I will not return.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes! It was effortless!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I was relaxed and comfortable while waiting to see the dermatologist, and there was lots of available parking at their office. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. However, the doctor didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
