I did my own research and told the Dr. what my problem was. After expensive lab tests, and a month later, he told be the same thing I told him and referred me to a specialist. I'm back at square 1. Their staff was not knowledgeable or friendly, treat patients like a nuisance. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered - the Dr. never handles anything himself, always refers to specialist. Waste of time and money. I'm finding a new Dr.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

No, but they said they were going to!

I waited forever for my appointment!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
