Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Not really, it wasn't very clean
