Dr. Feinberg overbooks his appointments. I waited over 1 hour to get 10 minutes of his time. And his staff is rude as can be. They think they're doing me a favor. I called with a follow-up question and asked to speak with me and the nurse told me that "it's up to the Dr. if he'll call me back". I guess he's too rich and busy to take my business.
