Their staff is a very friendly and welcoming staff.....they treat the community like family. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I really appreciated the kindness of both the doctor and staff. Dr. Freshwater answers all my questions, and I've called and left questions for the Dr. that I need answered---they have someone return my call. I've referred Dr. Freshwater to others, and will continue to use them as our families main healthcare provider.

No, I didn't notice an odor
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
No, I don't think they've ever cleaned it
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!
