I was given plenty of warning about his lack of bedside manner and that he's a real a--. Well I had anxiety and stress waiting for Mark to enter the room. He came in and was one of the nicest doctors and very thorough doctors I've visited. Not sure what everyone is speaking about. I had a nerve test and he made me feel so comfortable and safe! His goal was to keep me comfortable (not easy when being shocked and needles probing you)I would refer anyone to him.

On of the best Doctors you will ever visit for the treatment of pain.

He will provide you help or find the specialist that will.

If you are serious about finding help you will not do better.

If you are not serious then you will find him a bit too direct.

He will give you his best and he will expect your best from you.

What a jerk! This guy had no bedside manner whatsoever and treated my wife very rudely. He didn't have the patience for our questions and to top it all off...his office somehow botched billing our insurance...never sends us a bill...then sends us a summons to appear in court for a $103 charge. Do NOT USE Mark Goodson or Rehabilitation Medicine and Pain Control in Mooresville!

I was referred to Dr. Goodson by my primary physician. I have found him to be an excellent, no-nonsence physician that has helped me tremendously. He knew exactly what test to perform to confirm my situation and then proceeded to provide the proper medication that now allows me to function as I once did before I was hit with the disabling pain of neck stenosis. I would recommend him to anyone who suffers with chronic pain. We don't have to live like that - and I have Dr. Mark Goodson to thank for that!

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I wasn't worried about their equipment being unsafe or dangerous because it looked brand new. I've been to other places where I was worried they might cause more harm than good, but I was sure I was getting the highest quality care available. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
