Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup capers, rinse well

  • 1 and 2/3 cups canned hearts of palm, rinsed & diced

  • 1 (13.5 ounce) can artichoke hearts, rinsed & cut in half

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  • Thoroughly wash the capers, hearts of palm, and artichoke hearts. Make sure to drain them all after rinsing.

  • Add the capers and the hearts to the mayonnaise and lemon juice.

  • Serve them in a martini glass or a small bowl. This salad will keep well in the refrigerator.
