Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 10 ounces water

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 1 packet stevia

Directions

  • Add the chia seeds to the water and let them to soak for 5-10 minutes. Whisk as necessary. The chia seeds should start to form a gel around them in the water.

  • Add 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice to the mixture.

  • Add 1 package of stevia. Whisk well and serve.
