Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen broccoli stems

  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

  • 1 can cream of celery soup

  • 1 (8 ounce) package pepper jack cheese, cut in cubes

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Cook the broccoli in a skillet with a small amount of water.

  • Drain the broccoli well and transfer to a casserole dish.

  • Add the eggs on top of the broccoli.

  • Mix the cream of celery soup and pepper jack cheese cubes.
