Ingredients

  • 1 cup salsa

  • 1 14.5-ounce can refried beans

  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

  • 1 avocado, chopped

  • 3/4 cup sour cream

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

  • 2 premade pizza crusts

Directions

  • Heat an oven to 425 degrees F.

  • Divide the can of refried beans between the two pizza crusts, spreading evenly on each. Add 1/2 cup of salsa on each crust, layering over the beans.

  • Layer the cheese, onion, and pepper on top of each pizza crust and sprinkle with the cumin.

  • Bake for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Before serving, garnish with chopped cilantro, avocado, and sour cream.
