Ingredients

  • 6 ounces roast beef

  • 3 flatbreads

  • 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 small seeded and chopped cucumber

  • 1 large chopped tomato

  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese

  • ½ large red onion

  • 8 pitted chopped olives

  • 2 tablespoons dried dill

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoons garlic

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 dash of salt

Directions

  • Mix everything except the roast beef and flatbread together in a bowl to make the tzatziki sauce.

  • Warm up the flatbread and roast beef individually in a frying pan.

  • Set the flatbread on a plate and top it with about 2 ounces of roast beef and 4 spoonfuls of tzatziki sauce.
