Ingredients

  • 6 slices wheat bread

  • 1/4 cup Fontina cheese

  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped

  • 1 garlic clove

  • Garlic powder to taste

  • Italian seasoning to taste

  • Olive oil cooking spray

Directions

  • Cut the 6 slices of wheat bread into thirds and spray each piece with cooking spray. Rub a peeled clove of garlic against each piece of bread.

  • Place all pieces on a tray in broiler until the bread begins to brown.

  • Dice the tomatoes and add the tomatoes, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to each piece of bread.

  • Sprinkle on Fontina cheese and place back in the broiler until the cheese begins to melt.
