Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

  • 1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1/8 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon celerysalt

  • 1 pound tilapia fillets

Directions

  • Turn on a broiler. Place the Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, butter, basil, pepper, onion, celery, and lemon juice in a small bowl and mix well. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray and arrange the fillets in the pan.

  • Broil the fish for 3 minutes on each side. Cover with the cheese mixture and broil for 3-4 more minutes or until the cheese is golden and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
