1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup hot water
In a medium sized bowl, mix the flour and salt and then pour the oil and hot water on top.
Mix well until it forms a dough.
Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle some flour on a counter and knead the dough for 2 minutes.
Divide the dough into six parts and roll the dough into 6 inch circles.
Heat additional canola oil in a skillet and fry 1 circle at a time on both sides until each side is puffed and golden. Serve hot.
