Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 (16 ounce) package fresh or frozen (thawed) snow peas

  • 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

  • 1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

  • Add the oil into a large skillet and stir fry the mushrooms and snow peas together for 2 minutes.

  • Mix together the cornstarch, bouillon, water and soy sauce in a small bowl.

  • Add the mixture to the skillet and bring to a boil.

  • Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until thick.
