Ingredients

  • 1 pound potatoes, boiled

  • 2 onions, chopped

  • 1/2 cup coriander, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons green chutney

  • 8 bread slices

  • Canola oil, to fry

  • 1/3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Mash the boiled potatoes finely.

  • Mix together the coriander, onion, mashed potatoes, and salt.

  • Add the green chutney to this mixture and mix again.

  • Make small rolls of this mixture and put aside on a plate.

  • Now, take a bowl and put some water in it and add pinch of salt.

  • Remove the edges from bread slices and dip the slices in water.

  • Squeeze the water gently from each slice.

  • Place a potato roll in each slice and fold the edges to cover the potato roll.

  • Deep fry till golden brown.

  • Serve hot with any chutney.
