Ingredients

  • 1 package ranch & bacon pasta salad mix

  • ¾ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat milk

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 18 ounces lump crab meat

  • ¼ cup thin sliced green onion

  • 4 slices of cooked and crumbled turkey bacon

  • 2 chopped medium tomatoes

  • 2 cups thinly chopped lettuce

Directions

  • Make the pasta salad using package instructions, but leave out the seasoning packet.

  • Mix together the seasoning packet from the pasta mix, milk, lemon juice, mayonnaise, crab meat, bacon, and green onions in a large mixing bowl.

  • Add the drained pasta to the mixing bowl. Put in a refrigerator for 1 hour. Mix with the lettuce and tomatoes before serving.
