Ingredients

  • 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling

  • 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup milk free margarine

  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  • Set an oven to 350˚F.

  • Place the apple pie filling evenly onto the center of each tortilla and dust with cinnamon.

  • Fold the tortillas into a circular tube and put them seam side down on a greased baking pan.

  • Combine the margarine, white and brown sugars, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

  • Lower the heat and stir continuously for 3 minutes.

  • Drizzle this sauce over the tortillas and dust with more cinnamon.

  • Bake the enchiladas for 20 minutes.
