Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ounces) unsalted green beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 can (15 ounces) unsalted wax beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 can (15 ounces) unsalted kidney beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 can (15 ounces) unsalted garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1/4 cup white onion, chopped

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • Sugar substitute, if desired

Directions

  • Mix the beans and onions together in a large bowl and stir gently to mix evenly.

  • Whisk the orange juice and vinegar together in another bowl. Add sugar substitute, to preferred sweetness level.

  • Pour the orange juice mixture over the bean mixture and stir to coat evenly. Let stand 30 minutes. Serve in the large serving bowl or spoon into individual bowls.
